For Out West Truck Fest, Webmonton crafted a custom e-commerce platform to elevate their two-day event. We streamlined operations by automating participant and vendor management, payments, and award tracking, replacing clunky spreadsheets with a centralized hub. Attendees enjoyed seamless QR code-based entry, while participants easily registered vehicles, uploaded photos, and bought merchandise. Vendors selected booth locations via an interactive map, tailoring size, electrical, and other options.
