Billing Practices

  • All prices and estimates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) + GST.
  • We generally prepare invoices twice each month.
  • New projects require a 50% initial deposit, may vary with project size.
  • Support time is tracked in 6 minute increments. 
  • Support time under $150 dollars may be billed semi-annually.
  • Beginning July 1, 2022, a late fee applies for accounts overdue 30 days or more.

3rd Party Services

We do not directly bill for 3rd party services such as domain registration, email services, external marketing, or other services required for the website. We may however help you setup, use and manage those services in relation to your website.
